Our Services

Alpha & Omega Healthcare is a Registered Provider of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We specialise in care for people with both physical and intellectual disabilities: We offer Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) which is both luxurious and affordable. We have a pool of Registered Nurses available 24/7 for clients who have complex care needs. Above all, we are able to deliver all the services to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Specialist Disability Accommodation

Our state-of-the-art Homes provide a safe, warm and homely environment. Most of our Group Homes will have 1-3 residents and we ensure they receive the highest standard of service. We have support staff on-site 24/7 to provide the highest quality of care around the clock. Services are tailored to meet the unique requirements of each individual. We have a combination of Registered Nurses for clients who require complex care. We also have luxury vehicles that are used for our clients’ day-to-day living transport and excursions. Respite Care is also available.

Supported Living & Household Tasks

We are here to assist and support you in completing and helping you to independently complete a wide range of personal activities, daily tasks and life skills and to participate in the community.

 

These include but are not limited to:

  • Personal Care Tasks
  • Household Cleaning and Yard Maintenance
  • Social Skills Development
  • Attending Community, Social and Recreational Activities

This can be one-off or done regularly. The choice is yours.

Community Nursing Services

Alpha & Omega Healthcare specialises in providing care to clients with complex care needs in the comfort of their own home. Services we provide include (but are not limited to):

  • Urinary Catheterisation-Male & Female Suprapubic
  • Peg Feeds
  • Tracheostomy Care
  • Injections etc.
  • Continence Management

We organise our Clinical Nurse Assessor to visit you and create an appropriate care plan. Alpha & Omega Healthcare will then provide you with a free quote. We will commence our care once everything has been mutually agreed upon.

Transport

We offer Transport Services to and from appointments, school, work or any other destination. Our vehicles are wheelchair accessible.

 

We also train clients in the use of public transport.
